Advance Color Correcting and Sharpening
There are many ways to adjusting color and sharpening in photoshop, and I just found one very good technique from DigitalAssassin. I am very recommend you to watch this video, especially if you are a photographer who wants to use photoshop to make your photos look better.

I had never used the LAB color mode to fix color before. Very great way to enhance even poor quality photos. this helped alot.
